**2026 Updates**

OUTDOOR VENDOR 10’x10′ TABLE (Bring your own tent, table & chairs)– $60+HST= $67.80 (weekend)

FOOD VENDOR – $300+HST = $339.00 (weekend)

Commercial vendors should be ready for Friday at 5pm and not removed until Saturday after 11pm. There is availability for a Thursday evening as well, please reach out.

Vendors are responsible for their own liability insurance. (more information below)

Hydro outlets are not guaranteed.

Please bring your own tables and chairs if possible as ours will be in use and very limited.

A certificate of insurance indicating public liability in the amount of $1 million must be presented to the fair office before consideration to accept license. (Proof can be attached below)
